With our proofing system and great communication its very unlikely that a product is sent with a default. However, if there is a problem does arise with an order, we will work with you to make it right. Plase, send us an email with a photo that indicates the defect with your stickers.
Because every order is completely customized and made to your needs we do not accept returns that don’t relate to the quality of our products or a mistake on our behalf. For example, if you ordered a 3×3 sticker and you received a 4×4, we would certainly fix this.
The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:
