Breakdown of Our Rectangle Roll Labels

Green lamination icon with rollers and a printed sheet labeled “sb,” representing the protective lamination process used for custom stickers to enhance durability and finish.

Lamination

Our custom roll labels have a laminate that is 1mil thick. We offer a choice of gloss or matte lamination to protect the label from abrasion and scratches. Pick glossy BOPP for shelf shine or matte BOPP for a glare-free surface you can write on.

Ink

Stickerbeat uses premium inks and laser-based toners. Our laser printers print with no color limit and match PMS colors to 99% accuracy.

BOPP

Our roll labels are printed on a high-quality gloss white BOPP with a permanent adhesive. Our roll labels are water and weather resistant, as well as durable against tearing and fading. White BOPP is the base material of choice for food, beverage and personal care labeling.

Kiss Cut

The labels are kiss cut on a paper backer, enabling easy removal throughout the roll.

Core

Our roll labels are produced on an industry-standard 3-inch diameter core. The core diameter is compatible with most label applicator equipment.

Durable Custom Labels for Product Containers and Branding

Hand cutting labels and peeling curled corners slows production. Rectangle labels on a roll fix both. Rectangle roll labels are printed and dispensed on a roll, making them ideal for high-volume labeling in industries like food, beverage, cosmetics, shipping, and retail. Their clean, professional look adds polish to any product or package while streamlining the application process. Stickerbeat can print rectangle labels from a minimum of 200, which keeps a first run cheap.

Why Choose Stickerbeat for Custom Rectangle Labels?

Stickerbeat rectangle labels are crafted to balance form and function.

Brand Recognition: Add your logo, colors, or tagline for a memorable, consistent brand presentation.

Informative & Practical: Plenty of space for ingredients, instructions, dates, barcodes and other details to help customers make decisions. We print QR codes at 0.5 inches square or larger so they scan reliably.

Custom Sizing: Five presets plus Custom Size for your own width and height. Gloss or matte lamination is included.

Durable & Waterproof: Made from BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene), our labels resist moisture, oils, and scuffs. Glossy BOPP and matte BOPP share one base material and hold up indoors for 3 to 5 years.

Budget-Friendly: Roll labels cost less per label to print than the same artwork on sheets, and unit price drops at every quantity tier. No setup fees.

What Size Custom Rectangle Labels Do I Need?

For a full wrap, multiply the container diameter by 3.14 and add a quarter inch so the ends overlap. A can measuring 2.6 inches across needs roughly 8.4 inches of label width, past the presets, so pick Custom Size. For a front label, measure the flat area instead.

2x1: Ingredient strips, date codes, batch numbers, seals

3x2: Candle tins, cosmetic jars, jam jars

4x2: Bottles, coffee bags, pouches

5x2: Wide front labels and partial wraps

5x3: Large front and address labels

Custom Size: Full wraps needing more width than 5 inches

Free Online Proof With Unlimited Revisions

After checkout, our in-house graphic designers email your online proof. Approve it or request changes as often as you need at no extra cost, and production time starts when you approve. Build your own design with a 1/8 inch bleed so nothing important sits near the trim, and keep barcodes clear of borders so scanners read them.

Foil and Other Roll Label Shapes

For a metal look instead of white BOPP, our foil option is Chrome Foil Roll Labels on chrome BOPP, where the reflective foil finish comes from the base material itself, not a foil stamping pass. Select the rectangle shape there to print a rectangle label with a foil look. White ink cannot print over chrome foil. If labels get handled a lot, Rounded Corner Roll Labels are worth a look since corners catch first. We also print custom stickers, die cut stickers, sticker sheets, glitter stickers and holographic stickers.

Rectangle Roll Labels FAQ

What print method do I select?

On roll labels, leading refers to the direction in which the labels are oriented on the roll as they come off the printer or dispenser. The leading edge is the first part of the label that comes off the roll. Bottom leading is our default for roll labels - meaning the bottom edge of the label comes off first. For side feeding applicators, pick right leading or left leading, so the right edge or left edge leads.

What is your minimum order quantity for roll labels?

Our minimum order quantity is 200 labels.
